Terms of Service — ParkedOnTour

Welcome to ParkedOnTour ("the Service"), a community-driven directory of hotels with parking suitable for tour and oversized vehicles. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The big one: parking info is community-submitted — verify before you rely on it

All listings, parking availability, fees, policies, and comments are submitted by community members and are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Hotel parking policies, fees, lot sizes, and street parking rules change constantly and without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying parking availability and rules directly with the hotel and for complying with all local parking laws and signage before booking or parking. ParkedOnTour is a reference tool, not a guarantee of a parking spot.

2. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkedOnTour and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any listing — including but not limited to towing, tickets, citations, booking costs, vehicle damage, theft, denied parking, or lost work. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service (currently: nothing).

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your submissions

When you submit a listing, comment, or other content, you confirm it's truthful to the best of your knowledge and based on your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You grant ParkedOnTour a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submissions within the Service. You keep ownership of your content. Submissions are reviewed before publishing, and we may edit for formatting, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. What's not allowed

Don't submit false or misleading information; spam or advertise; impersonate others; post content you don't have rights to; post defamatory, unlawful, or abusive content; scrape or bulk-extract the database; attempt to bypass security or moderation; or use the Service for anything unlawful. Hotels and their agents may not submit or "boost" listings for their own properties — a labeled promotional program may be offered separately in the future.

6. Hotel names and third parties

Hotel names and addresses are used factually to identify locations. ParkedOnTour is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hotel or hotel brand mentioned. If you represent a hotel and believe a listing is inaccurate or objectionable, contact us (Section 9) and we'll review it promptly.

7. Takedowns and disputes

To report inaccurate, infringing, or unlawful content, use the in-app flag button or contact us with the listing details. We review reports in good faith and will remove or correct content where appropriate, including under applicable copyright law (DMCA).

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

The Service may change, pause, or shut down at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
